In Melbourne. Every frame is made here, the components come from suppliers we trust, and each bike is hand-assembled and checked in our Bayswater North workshop before it leaves.

Bikes from the range are built and ready to ship in up to 10 business days from the order. We assemble each bike to order in Melbourne and keep you updated as it comes together.

Yes. Shipping is fully insured to anywhere in Australia. Bikes travel partially assembled and packed with care, with minimal setup on arrival.

Titanium frames carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. If anything goes wrong, get in touch and we will sort it out.

Yes. Swapping wheels, changing cockpit parts or adjusting the drivetrain spec is all possible. Get in touch and we will work through it with you. Pricing varies with the changes.

Yes. A different groupset, wheels, cockpit or something unusual can all be done. We work with Creative Cycles Workshop on custom builds and will guide you through the process.

Each bike comes in a range of sizes. Start with the All-Road and Adventure and Gravel geometry charts, or get in touch with your height and riding style and we will recommend a fit.

Stem lengths and handlebar widths are chosen per rider. When you order we talk through your fit and riding style and set the cockpit up to suit from day one.
